Thailand. Series 15 Banknotes

15th Series, were printed with an aim to draw the public attention to the benevolent deeds of the monarchs of the Chakri Dynasty in their contribution to the development of agriculture, science religion and finance. They were issued in five denominations : 20 Baht, 50 Baht, 100 Baht, 500 Baht and 1000 Baht.​

20 Baht

Back: The portrait of HM the King Ananda Mahidoll with the picture of HM proceeding to visit people at Sam Peng and Illustration of Rama VII Bride

100 Baht

Front: The portrait of King Rama IX in the uniform of the Supreme Commander

Back: The portrait of King Rama V in the Royal naval uniform and his the Phra Pathom Chedi, a telescope, and a celestial globe.  (Type II)

500 Baht

Back: The monument of King Rama III at the Maha Chetsadabodin Pavilion, the Loha Prasat at Ratchanaddaram Temple, and a Chinese sailing ship
